Exchange/Return Policy:

We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details or supporting information.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange for an return pickup from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or refund.

Note:

-There's a nominal charge of ₹200/- (per item) for exchange as restocking fees.

-Shipping fees, if charged would be non-refundable

-Only one exchange per order is accepted.

-For Partial-COD option, the amount paid is non-

refundable.

-No return or exchange is allowed on orders placed during sale

Return shipping for exchanges:

We will book a RTO shipping for exchanges after an email confirmation, you need to hand the original, unused items in the original packaging to the delivery agent. We strongly recommend recording a video of handing over the items for future references. We are not liable for any mistakes on the courier company. We reserve the right to cancel the exchange if wrong/used product is shipped back to us.

 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
